Evil Empire Lacrosse, awards its first Player of the Week for the 2008 season to Jamie Shewchuk the second year Mammoth, and EEL Fan Award All Rookie team player, scored two key power play goals early in the fourth quarter against the Calgary Roughnecks. Calgary led the game and was looking strong leading 8-5 when Jamie struck twice in 76 seconds to turn the game around. Shewchuk scored all three of his points (2g 1a) during a furious 4th quarter rally which ended with a 10-9 Mammoth victory.
